At RugMore, we strive to provide you with the best possible products and customer experience. We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and returned in saleable condition with all original packaging, tags, and invoices intact.

For fragile items, please record a video while opening your package. This video will be required in case you claim that the item arrived broken or damaged.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing rugsmoreshop@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Our team will respond to your email within 24–72 hours with an appropriate resolution.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • A return pickup charge of ₹100 will apply.

  • If a pickup attempt fails for any reason (such as incorrect address, unavailability, or logistics issue), the customer must self-ship the parcel to our return address.

  • If you send a product back without prior approval, the parcel will not be accepted.

  • Due to the nature of the product, Jute and Chindi carpets are not eligible for return or exchange.

Credits, Refunds & Exchanges

  • For discounted items, return credits (excluding COD/shipping fees) will be added to your RugMore online account, valid for 3 months.

  • For non-discounted items, refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • In case a refund via original payment mode isn’t possible, we may process it through NEFT, for which we will request your bank details.

  • For exchanges, please specify the desired size or replacement item in your initial email. The exchange will be shipped once we receive your returned product.


Return Shipping (if pickup fails)

If your return pickup attempt fails, please self-ship the parcel through a reliable courier service to the following address:

Please ask the courier partner for a courier slip/receipt and share it with us for tracking purposes.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your request will be processed as per your chosen option — credit, exchange, or refund.


Refund Confirmation

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Note: Return shipping charges are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank — there might be processing delays.

Final Sale Items

Products purchased on special sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return it following our standard return policy once received.
